Top 17 Hidden Veggie Recipes that Kids Will Love!

Hidden Veggie Recipe: Chances are, if you have a kid there will be some point in their life where they will REFUSE to eat vegetables. My son has been refusing to eat most vegetables since he was 18 months- He is currently 5 years old right now- so it’s been a struggle!

The only vegetables that he will eat are carrots and occasionally corn. It depends on his mood. The rest we have to sneak into him.

Now, I am not saying lie to your kids…. but when they ask what is in these recipes… you are going to want to stretch the truth. Maybe they won’t even ask because they won’t even know! That’s how hidden these veggies are.
